Comments: Over the past two fiscal years, the Board of Examiners of Nursing Care Institution Administrators and Assisted Living Facility Managers have dismissed 53 of 61 cases filed, probably because of slow investigations. The legislature had approved funding for a full-time investigator, but the agency hired a business manager instead.
