Comments: "The graying of Montana is also challenging Adult Protective Services, also part of the division, said its bureau chief Rick Bartos. Its staff gets about 2,500 referrals of alleged abuse, neglect or financial or emotional abuse of people 60 and over and people with developmental or physical disabilities. Its case load is 90 to 100 cases a year for each of 37 to 38 social workers."
